Red peppers are at a great price for $0.99/lb. I've noticed that the price of peppers on average has gone up lately, so this might be a new stock up price for peppers!
I have also included smoked sausage on the grocery list. I don't eat it myself, but I buy it for the Healthy Snack Fund when it goes on sale. I've also included Cheemo perogies. Mr. T and I love perogies and when they go on sale, we often buy a couple/few boxes as a treat. If you've ever looked at the ingredients in the bagged variety of perogies, you will notice A LOT of chemicals and artificialness. Cheemo brand has by far the best and most natural perogies I've been able to find and can afford. They are double the price of the cheaper kinds out there when they go on sale, but to eat more natural, healthier food, the extra cost is well worth it to us!

- apple pear pork (roast, chops, tenderloin)
