Overall, this week's sales are good! There are not very many items on my list this week because of our weekly CSA and because I need to clean out our freezer. We have a split half beef (1/4 cow) order coming in the next few weeks from Dalew Farms and we desperately need to make room for it (all 150-200 lbs of it!). We've ordered pork and other items from them in the recent past and everything they sell is amazing!
Most of the produce on my list this week have good prices (with the exception of the onions - it's a pretty regular price for onions).
There are a couple of great sales this week:

Also, I'd be remiss if I forgot to mention this week's 'Top 3' items needed most at the North Bay Food Bank (copied from their Facebook Post):
So while you're out shopping this week, purchase an extra item to put in the Food Bank donation bins located at the exits of most grocery stores and help out someone in need!

There are a couple of great sales this week:
- Cherries are on sale for $1.88/lb which is an amazing price. Anything under $2.00/lb is good! Gotta love cherry season!
- Frozen fruit is $2.88 for 600g which is the price we buy ours at. When frozen fruit goes on sale at this price, we like to stock up because we make so many smoothies. We don't only buy frozen fruit, it's often cheaper (depending on the season and what the price is) to purchase fresh and freeze it yourself.
